Jessica Dahl
Jessica Dahl, President of Global One Partners, is an engineering professional with over twenty-five years of experience in multiple roles throughout the utility, energy, government, higher education, and commercial sectors.
Throughout her career, Ms. Dahl has held leadership roles focusing on corporate-level strategic planning, day-to-day operations, large project development and execution for utilities throughout the United States. In 2017, Ms. Dahl became the President of Global One Partners, a New Jersey based Consulting Firm specializing in Design, Project Management, Testing & Commissioning, and Construction Management for the utility and energy industry. Currently, Global One is successfully executing multiple projects within the tri-state area for the utilities as a Prime Contractor.
Ms. Dahl is one of the esteemed Board Members and Chairwoman for the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities - Supplier Diversity Development Council (NJBPU-SDDC). She sits on the BPU Clean Energy Equity Working Group as well as the South Jersey Energy Industry Partnership Equity and Workforce Development working groups.
As a result of continued success, Global One is the recipient of the 2021-2022 grant award from the Ocean Wind Pro-NJ Grantor Trust to provide Workforce Development Offshore Wind Training. In addition, Ms. Dahl is the recipient of many awards including the “BEST of the BEST” for effectively and efficiently participating in numerous SDDC committees to foster change. As well as the “EPIC AWARD” because of Global One’s certified diverse business model and continued commitment to displaying excellence in leadership and business accomplishments.
Ms. Dahl holds a Bachelor of Science, Engineering Degree in Civil and Construction Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, New Jersey and continued graduate studies in Contract Law and Construction Management at Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, New Jersey.
